No, the hose can't get replaced. The retraction mechanism put in within our hose reels need to be loaded in conjunction with the hose through producing. Our hose is exclusively engineered to operate flawlessly with our spring and casing layout, and no other hose will operate with it.   We got the 82' one but haven't stretched it our that far but
